Refund Policy

Draft, to be reviewed by a lawyer. This page is a starting draft and is not legal advice. Items in [BRACKETS] still need to be filled in.

1. Our approach

We want every client to feel they got what they paid for. This policy explains when refunds apply. Your written proposal may include specific terms; if so, those apply.

2. Monthly plans

Monthly fees are paid in advance. If you cancel before work for that month has started (before onboarding or the month's planning begins), we refund the fee in full.

Once work for a month has started, that month's fee is not refundable. You can stop future months by giving one month's notice after the minimum three-month term.

3. One-time projects

The advance for a one-time project (website, brand identity, video pack, automation setup) covers planning and the first round of work, and is not refundable once work has started.

If we cannot deliver the agreed scope for reasons on our side, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered part.

4. Ad spend

Ad spend is paid directly to Meta, Google or other platforms from your own account, so it is never collected or refunded by us. Platform refunds follow the platform's own policies.

5. Third-party costs

Costs paid on your behalf with your approval, such as software subscriptions, stock assets, printing or outstation shoot travel, are not refundable once incurred.

6. How to request a refund

Email [EMAIL] with your name, invoice number and the reason. We reply within [3] working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within [7 to 10] working days. GST on refunded amounts is adjusted as per GST rules.
