We kept meeting business owners who had paid an agency for months and couldn't say what they got. Lots of posts. Some likes. No idea if any of it brought a single customer.

So we built Kreative Lab around one simple idea: if we do the work, you should be able to see it. Every task in a log. Every number in a dashboard. Every month, a plain report on what worked and what we're changing.

We're based in Chandigarh and work with businesses of every kind. We work in Hindi, Punjabi and English, with real customers on camera, and one team doing all of it. It's not complicated. It's just honest.
